Transshipment doc. with HK Customs and Tradelink

Job Responsibilities:

assist customers over the phone and some-mail notifications.
- To follow up
and monitoring the cargo claims.
- To handle of
M&R clients' complaints and respond in a timely manner.
- To monitor
M&R container inventory and
repair status
- On
site visit if necessary
